Our Mission

Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance  provides FREE and CONFIDENTIAL support groups for individuals living with, or family and friends affected by, depression and bipolar disorders.

Peer Support

Support is essential to recovery. One of the most helpful things one person can say to (or hear from) another is “I’ve been there.” Depression and bipolar disorder can be isolating illnesses, but DBSA has many ways to help connect you with others who have been there as well.

Weekly Meetings

Our meetings are held once a week on Monday evenings 7:00-8:30PM.  These meetings take place in the cafeteria of Seton Shoal Creek Hospital, located at 3501 Mills Ave. in Austin, behind the Randall's grocery store that faces West 35th Street.

There is no fee or registration required, just show up.

We do ask that you be 18 years old to attend the meetings.
